DeLaval is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our Hungary-based team. Our group is committed to delivering exceptional service standards and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
Purpose of Role and Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative manages the order process (Order-to-Cash) and responds to customer inquiries, fostering strong relationships. You will be the friendly and reliable point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention. Responsibilities include registering and resolving customer complaints, ensuring efficient execution of deliveries and billing through collaboration with both external and internal partners (warehouses, carriers, suppliers), and supporting other local administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
Successful candidates will possess:
• Good communication skills
• Resilience and the capacity to perform effectively under time constraints
• Knowledge of customer service, sales, logistics, and accounting processes
• Strong abilities in planning, analysis, and coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Native Hungarian and good in English
