  • Decides technical interventions and solutions as appropriate ·
  • Decision on escalation or seeking technical support as needed ·

Main purpose of the job (max 5):

  • Responsible for continuing improving service level to be the top one in the market as the Technical expert
  • Responsible for meeting the dairy customer’s needs to achieve Achieve high customer satisfaction

Primary responsibilities: *

  • Maintain Equipment :Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VMS milking systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Customer Training & Support: Provide on-site training for customers on proper use and maintenance of VMS solutions.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating when necessary
  • Service reporting : Document service activities, maintain accurate records, and provide feedback for product development improvements.
  • Support sales of service contracts and consumables, contribute to achieving budget targets.

 

Education:

Min required, for example

Comprehensive school, High School, Technical Diploma,        

Bachelor’s Degree          

Master’s Degree etc.

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field such as electronic, mechanical, software, experience in Dairy farming and/or agricultural is a additional preferred qualification.

 

Minimum No of years of experience required for external candidates

  • Minimum 3–5 years in equipment automation, maintenance, or technical service roles.
  • Strong knowledge of VMS systems, low-voltage electrical equipment, and troubleshooting techniques

Min. Managerial experience or specific skills required:

  • A personality to become an expert,  a personal presence to establish themselves as the expert in this field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with office software and basic commercial knowledge.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
