We’re looking for a Solution Specialist in Farm Management Systems & Digital Services who is excited about the intersection of agriculture, technology, and customer success. What You'll Do

As a key member of our Market Development & Sales Support team, you'll play an important role in expanding the adoption and success of DeLaval's innovations for farm management across North America. You'll work closely with dealers, customers, sales teams, and global product development colleagues to ensure our technologies deliver meaningful results on the farm.

In this role, you will:

• Support the growth and adoption of DeLaval's farm management software, connected technologies, sensors, analytics, and precision dairy solutions.
• Help develop and execute marketing initiatives, sales tools, product launches, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• Partner with our support teams, dealers, and customers to maximize the value of DeLaval’s digital ecosystem.
• Deliver training programs, workshops, webinars, and customer events that build confidence and capability.
• Provide guidance on farm management software, sensors, integrations, and performance monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with global teams to gather customer feedback, identify opportunities, and influence future product development.
• Help bring new technologies to market and support pilot programs that advance the future of dairy farming.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Dairy Science, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in dairy, farm management, technical services, advisory services, precision agriculture, or a related field.
• Understanding of the dairy farm operations and the key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive farm performance.
• Experience with farm management software, herd management systems, automation technologies, sensors, or data analytics is highly valued.
• Experience working within dealer or distributor networks is a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy and go-to-market execution.

Location and reporting: This position is based in Waunakee, Wisconsin, and reports to the Commercial Portfolio Manager, Digital Services. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the Madison area.
