- Individual contributor with no direct reports.
- Communication with manager and dealers on decisions with what products and services are appropriate based on customer needs.
- Decides on technical support interventions and methods.
- Assists and recommends troubleshooting methods or provides technical guidance including helpdesk-based assistance and decisions.
- Management of individual cost control.

Main purpose of the job (max 5):
|
- Promote and collaborate with dealers to sale Aftermarket products, within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts, with aim to achieve outstanding sales performance.
- Ensure timely response to stakeholders on technical inquiries or troubleshooting issues
- Support dealers on technical to ensure high level service to customers
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with customers, with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction

Primary responsibilities: *
|
- Support dealers to drive the increase of a market share of the related region, develop sales programs, responsible for lead generation.
- Log and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Provide technical, classroom-based training for dealer employees to independently work at a high service level. (maintenance and repair skills to meet the company's required standards.)
- Maintain a strong customer-focus on a daily basis
- Identify, evaluate and report market trends, customer feedback and information on competitor activity and take appropriate actions in cooperation with other functions.
- Prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

Education:
Min required, for example
Comprehensive school, High School, Technical Diploma
Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree etc.
|
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in technical, agricultural, Animal husbandry, mechanical or other relevant area for the product range.
- Industry-related sales and after-sales service background.
|
|
Minimum No of years of experience required for potential external candidates
|
- 3+ years experience in Sales/Marketing in dairy industry
- 5+years experience in aftermarket service
|
|
Min. Managerial experience or specific skills required:
|
- Route experience in dairy-related industry is preferred
- Experience working with a dealer network or channel is preferred
- Strong equipment maintenance and repair skills, able to resolve the most unexpected issues related to customer product use.
- Strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate the performance of products to customers and dealers.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
