Primary responsibilities: *
|
- 熟悉机械加工、钣金、装配等生产工艺流程，了解现场工艺与质量异常改善逻辑；Familiar with mechanical processing, sheet metal and assembly production processes, capable of process and quality abnormality improvement;
- 熟练使用精益改善工具，具备独立发现问题、分析问题、落地改善的能力；Proficient in lean tools with independent ability of problem finding, analysis and improvement implementation;
- 熟练Office办公软件，可独立制作改善报告、PPT、SOP文件；Skilled in Office software, able to independently prepare improvement reports, PPT and SOP documents;
- 沟通协调能力强，可跨班组、跨部门推进改善落地；Good communication and coordination skills to promote cross-team and cross-department improvement;
- 踏实细致，具备良好的现场观察能力与数据复盘能力；Careful and responsible, with excellent on-site observation and data review capabilities.
