•    Establish and execute plans to secure supplier readiness for SOP, with focus on Prevention, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, Flow Charts, SPC, and PDCA.
•    Investigate supplier quality issues, analyse data, and lead Root Cause Analysis to identify sustainable corrective actions.
•    Conduct process audits and follow up on audit findings based on project needs, audit plans, or specific requests.
•    Drive a continuous improvement and lessons learned culture, contributing to the ongoing development of the Quality Management System.

•    Engineering degree (BSc, MSc or equivalent).
•    Deep knowledge of Quality methods and tools, such as D/PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, A3 and CAPA.
•    Expertise in component manufacturing processes.
•    Solid knowledge of statistical methods, analysis and quality tools.
•    Strong engineering and analytical skills, with an interest in understanding technical details and failure modes.
•    Proven experience in Quality Engineering and/or Supplier Quality roles.
•    Experience from technical roles within manufacturing industries.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
•    Fluent English, both written and spoken.
•    Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is considered an advantage.

You are a strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and locations. You work with a high degree of accuracy, initiative and independence, and are comfortable representing Supplier Quality in cross-functional teams and decision-making forums.

You enjoy working in an international environment and bring a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation. With a collaborative mindset and a continuous improvement focus, you help drive quality excellence while delivering results within agreed timelines.
